Anuj Shah, who works at The Brow Pharmacy, has been commended by local residents Mr & Mrs Miller, of Valley Rise, who feel Mr Shah takes a “common sense” approach to his customers. |

Garston Woman Fined for Racial Abuse |

A Care Worker who racially abused her boyfriend has been ordered to pay £150 for her wrongdoing. The Garston woman, 27, of The Gossamers, Garston, was arrested after police were called to a disturbance in the street in the early hours where the woman was refusing to calm down. |

Garston Man Walking From John O’Groats to Lands End |

 A Garston resident is planning to walk the length of the UK to raise money for the Watford Peace Hospice. Andy Crombie, 41, of Briar Road, Garston, plans to start the 1,204 mile trek from John O’Groats in Scotland to Lands End in Cornwall at the end of May, in the hope that he can raise £10,000. |
